LENSIC is committed to protecting your privacy. We only store your data as long as necessary to provide our service, and we give you full control over your information.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Right to Delete: You can delete any evaluation immediately from the results page
• Right to Access: You can view all your evaluations while your session is active
• Right to Erasure: When you delete your data, it is permanently removed from our systems

What We Store

When you upload a photo for evaluation, we store:

• Photo File: Uploaded to secure cloud storage
• Evaluation Results: Total score, category scores, and feedback
• Session ID: Stored in a cookie to identify your evaluations
• Metadata: Upload timestamp and evaluation duration

We do NOT store:

• Your IP address (logged temporarily for security only)
• Your device information
• Your location
• Personal identifying information (for guest users)

Automatic Deletion

Guest evaluations are automatically deleted after 30 days:

• Cleanup Schedule: Runs every 6 hours
• Permanent Deletion: Photos and evaluations are permanently removed with no recovery possible
• No Notification: We do not send deletion reminders

Data Security

We strive to protect your data with industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and we use encryption at rest through our cloud providers
• Access Control: Only you can access your evaluations via session-based authentication
• No Sharing: We never share your photos or evaluations with third parties
